One Skill Retake
Also written as OSR
Retaking one of the four sections instead of the whole test. Your original test must have been taken on computer at a centre that offers it, and you have 60 days from that test to sit the retake.
You can use it once per original test. The result arrives as a new Test Report Form carrying the retake score alongside the other three sections from the original test, and you choose which of the two forms to send.
Two limits are worth knowing before you count on it. A One Skill Retake has to be taken in the same delivery mode as the original test, so a Writing on Paper test needs a Writing on Paper retake. And Canada's Express Entry does not accept a One Skill Retake result at all, so an application through that route needs a full test.
